Stepping into August

As the calendar turns its page to a new month, we find ourselves standing at the threshold of August—a month brimming with possibilities. Some of us may have already ticked off the goals we set for 2024, while others might still be on the journey, grappling with setbacks or delays. But here's a gentle reminder: hope is not lost. Embrace your unique path and the journey that comes with it. Your breakthrough could be just around the corner, whether it’s this month or the next.

Instead of focusing on what you haven’t achieved yet, let’s take a moment to reflect on the highlights of July. What were the moments that stood out? What habits served you well, and which ones need to be reassessed? Self-reflection is not about self-criticism but about understanding and growth. It’s an opportunity to celebrate your progress and refine your approach.

Remember, this journey is not a competition against others but a personal quest. Stay true to yourself, for you are your own greatest ally and evaluator. Nobody else will judge you as harshly as you might judge yourself, so be kind and patient with your progress.

August has a unique energy—it’s a month that symbolizes growth, improvement, and success. It also holds spiritual significance as it’s dedicated to Lord Shiva, the deity of transformation and renewal. This month, surrender your efforts to the universe. Focus on giving your best to each task, and trust that the universe will align things in your favor.

As you move forward, let August be a canvas for your dreams and aspirations. Trust the process, believe in your journey, and embrace the growth that awaits you. Here’s to a month of transformation and triumph.

Adios💖

She Learnt it the Hard Way

T oday, on the 4th of July 2023, I finally sit down to post this blog. It has been a long since my birthday, filled with moments of procrastination😅. But after numerous drafts and several months of writing, I am here now, ready to share this with you. My intention is to offer some helpful insights. I hope you take the time to read it and if you enjoy it, don't forget to leave a heart in the comments❤️ 1. Be grateful for what you have in your life, as this was something you dreamt of years ago. 2. Strive for financial independence, as you never know where life will take you. 3. Don't be a people pleaser; learn to say no when you disagree with something. Speak up for what you believe is right, whether at home, at work, or anywhere else. 4. Gain control over your anger by practicing patience. It's natural to get excited, but avoid making promises you can't keep when happy, and refrain from speaking impulsively when angry. Master your emotions. 5. Don't let anyone dist

2024's first post, helluu

People often say "self-awareness" is important for "self-love". Sounds weighty, But wait, What does that even mean????? Let me put it this way: You let your beliefs come up without judging yourself, you look at them and figure out which ones are holding you back. Once you've done that, you work on changing them. Throughout this process, you stay kind to yourself and stay open to change. And obviously "change is constant", so now you don't let that one belief stop you from trying new things and growing.  In this process, you become chill and flexible and let that self-love shine through. Also sharing something cute I made last Sunday:

It's All About (The) INTROVERT✔

"Many thoughts I have but little to say." Hey, I am an introvert and I don't feel like it is my weakness or a flaw, neither it is something that stops me from doing things that I want. Rather, it's a gift for me. I have a simple approach to my life and I need my time to recharge myself. I am not the only person who is an introvert, they are everywhere. Introverts are not antisocial or shy, it is just people's misconceptions. It is not always that networking, parties, and other phases aren't intended for us, we can find socializing, fun like anyone but after some time we need to recharge by staying away from everyone. People usually find loud, happy, and confident people attractive, while those who speak softly are easily left out. Scientists also proposed that there are two chemicals in our brain, namely dopamine, and acetylcholine. When we are adventurous or meet new people, dopamine is like an energy stimulus, it makes the feeling of extroversion bea
